Khoa is a residential builder and investor in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas. He is also a Realtor for Keller Williams Philadelphia. He worked under a builder prior to founding his own company in 2020.

When he isn’t building or managing his business, Khoa spends his time editing videos for his YouTube channel, at the gym, or catching up with friends at a local Philadelphia bar. Years of building experience has taught Khoa the value of communication and transparency on a project.
